Alcon is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team. The Lead Salesforce Developer will play a pivotal role in guiding the development team, providing technical leadership, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions are effectively designed, developed, and implemented to meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Coordinate solutions’ definition & delivery across multiple delivery teams (Salesforce, RPA, Analytics, VC, SX and ACE Lighthouses) in close collaboration with business stakeholders, markets and delivery leads.  Projects KPI reporting, providing input for Quarterly Project Prioritization and Project Portfolio Status Meetings. Ensure that solutions’ deployment meet business goals and agreed roadmaps. Manage deployments according to adopted Alcon standards and procedures.  Ensure that developed solutions are tested, formally documented and signed off by business. Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed roadmap timelines and quality requirements. IT compliance framework understanding and business support on compliance processes 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

3 years of IT or business project management experience, ideally in commercial area (sales, marketing and customer operations). Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile projects in international environment. Strong organizational skills , ability to perform under multiple priority work streams and projects with competing demands for resources. Overall understanding of commercial platforms and tools, e.g.: CRM, Robotics Process Automation, Analytics, e-commerce and Customer Service/Customer engagement tools. Experienced in working with global business stakeholders. Experience with working in Global IT projects involving various service delivery teams and external Vendors. Fluent English
