About this opportunity
Welcome to the Production - Cards Team 2 team. We add value by handling Card registration, Card maintenance and handle invoices and payments for both Consumer and Commercial customers. As the Process Officer/Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in our team, but also get the chance to cooperate with teams across Cards Services Poland and with our Nordic Stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with Cards registration for Consumer and Commercial customers
- Handling Card maintenance and Accounts Receivable cases
- Getting experience in back up structure across the team
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
- Contributing to the improvement of assigned tasks and processes
You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated people, creating fantastic atmosphere in Cards Department. The role is based in Łódź.
