Financial Services Account Associate II Canada market

Do you want to be a part of dynamic team, servicing various companies across Canada capital market? Are you a diligent and motivated person that enjoys learning new processes and systems? Are you flexible and able to move between multiple processes during the day?

What will the daily work look like?

Our team will cooperate to meet daily goals by:

  • Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers.
  • Responding to clientsâ requests via phone, letters, and emails.
  • Working on multiple applications and technological solutions.
  • Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, group projects and development initiatives.
  • Thinking outside the box to improve and innovative our workflows and tools.

  • Enjoy learning new processes, researching new scenarios, and developing expertise.
  • Are comfortable handling multiple document types, are flexible and willing to try new things.
  • Are observant in noticing improvement areas and enjoy perfecting the workflows and tools they use.
  • Are motivated and enjoy helping others understand procedures and improve their knowledge.
  • Are comfortable working with documentation.
  • Confident when talking to clients directly and diligent when writing client correspondence.
  • Are ready to build an understanding of their own role in the wider context of mutual fund industry.
  • Enjoy working in a small and dynamic team, closely collaborating to complete daily tasks.
  • Can effectively communicate with members of own functional team in Poznan and other locations.
  • Are ready to work from 14:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday
