A Controlling Business Partner is a new, strategic role within Miele Global Services that focuses on providing detailed financial insights and guidance to support effective business decision-making. As a Miele Global Services representative, you will be responsible for establishes long-term, deep partnership with Miele business unit that goes beyond conventional boundaries. Our ambition is to achieve business partner model that not only responds to current requirements but is also prepared for future opportunities and challenges. With a clear focus on innovation, efficiency improvement, standardization, automation and close cooperation controlling business partner in MGS will play a key role in transition entire Miele organization to higher level of efficiency.

Customer-centric mindset: natural interest in the business, the products, the customers, and the way everything comes together;
Strong communication skills: be able to challenge people in the business, along with the ability to translate figures to non-financial people;
Strong analytical skills: paying attention to details, understanding the numbers and ability to draw conclusions from them;
Language skills: fluent English (must have) and good German (nice to have);
Basic knowledge of SAP (must have; advanced level will be an asset);
Experience in Controlling Business Partner or Financial Controller role for manufacture unit will be an asset.
