Kogo szukamy

Jako Project Manager będziesz odpowiedzialny/odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie projektami księgowymi u klienta, koordynację działań zespołu oraz zapewnienie terminowego i skutecznego wykonania zadań.Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
  • Wykształcenia wyższego, preferowane w zakresie Finansów, Rachunkowości, Ekonomii lub pokrewne.
  • Minimum 3 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku związanym z zarządzaniem projektami księgowymi.
  • Znajomość międzynarodowych standardów rachunkowości (IFRS, GAAP) oraz Polskiej Ustawy o Rachunkowości;
  • Doskonałych umiejętności analitycznych i organizacyjnych.
  • Biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomość programów MS Office, w szczególności Excel.
  • Zdolności do pracy pod presją czasu i umiejętności zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie.
  • Dodatkowym atutem będąCertyfikacje PMP (Project Management Professional) lub PRINCE2.
Twoja przyszła rola
Twoje obowiązki będą obejmować:
  • Identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów projektowych.
  • Raportowanie postępów projektu do wyższej kadry zarządzającej.
  • Wdrażanie i monitorowanie procedur księgowych i kontrolnych.
  • Planowanie i koordynowanie działań zespołu księgowego.
  • Nadzór nad realizacją projektów księgowych w zakresie wyznaczonych terminów i budżetów.

Ścieżka rekrutacji
  1. Etap 1 – Prześlij CV (PDF/Word) w j. polskim lub angielskim.
  2. Etap 2 – Rozmowa z HR (15 min).
  3. Etap 3 - Rozmowa z Hiring Managerem (60 min).Etap 4 - Witamy na pokładzie
