For our Global Procurement Team, we are currently looking for the Project Coordinator.
You will join the team in Katowice to support the Customs Operations Manager and Global Procurement Team in coordination and management of global projects, including planning and organizing project tasks, monitoring company policies and compliance regulations and creating reports and presentations.
Responsibilities in this role will be:
Coordinating and managing various procurement department projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion Assisting the manager in scheduling, coordinating, and structuring project tasks, key milestones, and expected outcomes. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and internal company policies by reviewing ERP reports, conducting audits, and implementing necessary measures. Creating and preparing presentations, spreadsheets, instructional guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other training materials Preparing contents for different company platforms (intranet, SharePoint) Supporting in design and improvement of global procurement and customs process Working closely with colleagues from multiple countries to foster effective teamwork and communicationWe are looking for you to have:
University degree Very good knowledge of English Good Power Point skills - experience in preparing project and management presentations Advanced Excel skills – analyzing data with formulas, pivot tables, graphs Experience in working in ERP system will be an asset Lean/project management skills will be an asset Strong interpersonal skills - connecting with people on different levels of organization worldwide Attention to details Ownership of assigned tasks and making things happenThe benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
