Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Compensation & Benefits Support Coordinator to join our Global Compensation & Benefits team.

He/she will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration and implementation of the compensation and benefits programs within our organization for the key employees and leaders.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team, IT Team, and The Leadership to drive the Annual Review Process Tool continuous improvement and maintenance of the process itself.

Summary of role and objectives:

Proactively participate and/or support ad-hoc C&B projects:

collaborate on a variety of projects in relation to Group Compensation & Benefits; propose improvement/optimization areas; develop, recommend, and administer approved policies and procedures, administer and monitor project/ARP releases status updates, organise and facilitate project/ARP releases meetings, take & distribute meeting minutes and follow-up with the involved colleagues on their actions to ensure timely completion thereof.

Coordinate and/or provide Compensation & Benefits Operational support:

adhere and contribute to the Eurofins global standardised practice in terms of the process documentation, more specifically related to the ARP Tool and/or process import and maintenance of the data in the ARP tool (master data and employee data); ensure the quality and reliability of the data and related calculations through computing, reviewing and extracting of the data and/or performing other compliance checks and ad-hoc analysis; analyse and resolve ARP tool or data issues and their root causes, if needed seek technical IT support to ensure identified issues do not re-occur; answer daily queries and tickets within pre-agreed timelines/quality standards as per GSC Compensation & Benefits SLAs; write business requirements for system enhancements as per Leadership instructions and/or users’ feedback.

Qualifications

Key competencies:

Masters degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business with an excellent academic track record; analytical with attention to detail with proven interest (or previous experience) around data analysis, compensation and benefits or economics; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint; positive forward-looking mind-set with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing deadlines and take initiative; confident with handling confidential and sensitive information; strong work ethics; resistant to stress; strong command of written and spoken English; proactive; team player.
