Guardian Industries is seeking you to become our next Office Coordinator .
What You Will Do
Administrative support across the organization Welcome, greet and provide general support to visitors Front desk activities including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls Manage office supplies, and suggest alternatives Ensure professional and customer-driven service to all employees, business partners and visitors. Invoices registration in Coupa system Coordinate language courses Organize and schedule meetings and eventsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Some work experience in an administrative /receptionist role will be valuable Fluent communication skills in English and Polish (B2) Strong communication skills and attention to details Strong customer and safety focus Multitasking Economical thinking Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize Problem solving skills and analytical abilities Must be proficient with Microsoft OfficeAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
