About the role

We are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join our newly created team. The successful candidate will provide assistance to insured clients during active cases and collaborate with customers, companies, and suppliers to achieve the best possible outcome for policy terms, standard operating procedures, and managers' instructions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing communications with policyholders and customer personnel related to claims settlement
  • Verifying policy terms and conditions required for specific cases
  • Identifying and processing simple claims
  • Complying with data protection, security, and corporate standards
  • Recording vendor invoices and ensuring payment flow

Skill and experience requirements include:

  • Fluency in English
  • Very good written knowledge of German (C1)
  • Experience in customer services/finance/insurance area
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on empathic approach, listening skills, and attention to details
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Openness and customer needs orientation, with ability to build solid professional relations

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
