Global Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Dutch-Speaking Travel Experience Advisor to provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email for all travel inquiries.
This role is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about travel and helping people navigate the world. As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have a smooth and enjoyable journey from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Assist travelers with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds while providing empathetic and clear communication.
- Manage reservations, advising on flights, fares, packages, and services to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers on various travel options, including flights, hotels, and activities, to create personalized experiences.
In this role, you will be working closely with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers.

Requirements- Dutch proficiency (C1) and English fluency (B2).
- Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
