We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key part of our customer support division, you'll be the front line in assisting travelers through various travel-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism.
  • Booking Management: Facilitate reservations adjustments, such as date or destination changes, and manage updates to customer profiles.
  • Comprehensive Advisory: Guide clients on flight options, packages, rates, and policies, adding value to their travel plans with accurate and tailored advice.
  • Resolution of Cancellations and Refunds: Handle cancellations and refunds with precision and empathy, ensuring clients feel well-supported throughout their experience.
Essential Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native level in Dutch (C1) and fluent English (B2), both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills; familiarity with browsers and digital tools.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or support experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to CRM systems or digital customer service platforms.
