Travel Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Katowice, Poland as a Customer Support Specialist in the travel sector. This role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your language skills and deliver high-quality service to an international client base within a structured and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have native or near-native level proficiency in Dutch (C1) and fluent English (B2), both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.

This position offers a competitive monthly gross salary of €9,000, along with comprehensive benefits including private medical coverage, group insurance, and access to a sports and leisure benefit program.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer assistance via phone, chat, and email, resolving inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism. You will also facilitate reservations adjustments, manage updates to customer profiles, and provide comprehensive advisory services on flight options, packages, rates, and policies.

To be successful in this position, you must have previous customer service or support experience, preferably with exposure to CRM systems or digital customer service platforms.
