International Airline Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Airline Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Nordic airline and enhance your skills in the travel sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers from diverse backgrounds, handling inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and changes, as well as special requests such as wheelchair assistance and pet travel. You will be based in our vibrant Warsaw office, working in a hybrid model after 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Expertise: Assist customers with Danish language support, handling calls and chats to resolve their queries efficiently.
- Travel Solutions Specialist: Provide information on flights, ticket policies, fares, and services to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.
- Ticketing and Payment Expert: Guide customers through ticket purchases and payment options, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Travel Troubleshooter: Support customers experiencing travel challenges, offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in Danish (C1) and good command of English (B2) for effective communication.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general computer tools.
- Customer Passion: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a knack for helping people.
- Experience Advantage: Previous customer service experience and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.
