We are seeking a dedicated and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic Cross Border Talents team in Katowice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
The selected professional will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to our travel services via phone, email, and chat. Utilizing proficiency in Dutch and English, this individual will assist a diverse customer base, identifying and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions is crucial for this role. Collaborating closely with other team members and departments, the successful candidate will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Language Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
This position requires working a standard Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts as needed. A clear work-life balance is essential for success in this role.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of 9,000 PLN per month, providing a stable financial foundation for this exciting opportunity.
