Become Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at tribe47:

  • Manage Paid Advertising including planning, launching, optimization, and results reporting (primarily with Meta, SEM, and TikTok, occasionally incorporating Pinterest, ASA, and DV360 in certain client projects).
  • Develop performance marketing strategies & KPIs for existing and potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain processes, checklists, and frameworks for paid automation & seamless execution.
  • Adopt a testing mindset, leading to proactive A/B testing to enhance channel performance and yield valuable insights for clients & the team.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally within a team (content, marketing automation, copywriters, etc.) to strategize the best approach for client marketing initiatives.
  • Incorporate performance marketing as a vital component of the digital marketing sales funnel, operating smoothly through evergreen and seasonal promotional campaigns.
  • Comprehend the creative aspect of ads and offer suggestions while cooperating with the creative team on visual and text communication of ads.
  • Seek optimal collaboration with clients to establish a partnership (not just execution), as we strongly believe in the power of partnership.
  • Engage in numerous team-building activities and celebrations. And if you decide to visit the office post-vacation - bringing goodies (engaging stories also count;)) is a plus.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Proficiency in English and Polish (sufficient for project work and communication with the team and clients).
  • Experience in paid advertising, preferably with hands-on involvement rather than delegating tasks to external agencies.
  • Individual experience in planning, setting up, and monitoring paid media channels (primarily Google, Meta, and TikTok, with exposure to DV360, Pinterest, ASA, and other platforms as a significant advantage).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (certification is a bonus), Looker, Excel.
  • Understanding of how digital measurement functions (from tagging to attribution, incrementality, and beyond).
  • Familiarity with marketing/sales funnels and experience in creating funnel components.
  • Data-driven analytical thinking and understanding of channel and business metrics/KPIs (CPA, CPL, CAC, FTB, etc).
  • Presentation skills and adeptness in articulating strategies and outcomes to top management.
  • Strong budget management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A Growth-hacking approach to task completion. Getting things done efficiently is key.
  • A genuine affinity for checklists, processes, and frameworks development for paid traffic best practices & testing.
  • Professionalism in work approach, while fostering team camaraderie and viewing the workspace as an enjoyable environment :)

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

  • Experience with Programmatic, Brand Lift Studies, and Mobile app advertising;
  • In-depth knowledge of tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase, Apple Search Ads, UAC.
  • Proficiency in Google Data Studio;
  • Experience in ads briefing (both copy and visuals);
  • Experience in lead-generating campaigns;
  • Experience in subscription businesses;
  • Experience in health & wellness businesses.
