Become Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at tribe47 and:

  • Have a consulting mindset and skills, which will translate into independent and high service client support, where you will be finding solutions and educating the client about performance activities.
  • Manage Paid Advertising including planning, launching, optimization, and results reporting (we mainly work with Meta, SEM, and TikTok, on some clients in a media mix we also may have Pinterest, ASA, and DV360).
  • Plan performance marketing strategies & KPIs for current and new clients.
  • Make and maintain processes, checklists, and frameworks for paid automation & seamless execution.
  • Be responsible for proactive creations and implementation of A/B testings to optimize the channel performance and deliver valuable learnings for a client & a team.
  • Work cross-departmental inside a working group (content, marketing automation, copywriters, etc.) to define the best strategy for client marketing activations.
  • Make performance marketing an integral part of the digital marketing sales funnel that works like a well-oiled machine via evergreen and seasonal promo campaigns.
  • Create effective briefs for the creative team to deliver high quality of visual and text communication of ads.
  • Be a business partner to the belonging client and the performance mentor for the whole marketing project team, as we strongly believe in partnership.
  • Participate in countless team-building activities and parties And if you feel like visiting the office after vacations - better bring some sweets (nice stories also counts ;) )

We look for candidates who have:

  • Fluency in English and Polish (on the level that allows you to work on the projects, and communicate with a team and clients).
  • Experience in leading marketing campaigns and projects and working with cross functional teams.
  • Experience with paid advertising, best if you were hands-on, not just outsourcing tasks to external agencies.
  • Been individually planning, setting up, and monitoring paid media channels (mainly Google, Meta, and TikTok, having experience with DV360, Pinterest, ASA and other platforms will be a huge plus)
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics (certification would be an asset), Looker, Excel.
  • Knowledge & understanding on how digital measurement and marketing/sales funnels work and having experience with creating elements of such funnels.
  • Data-driven analytical thinking and knowledge of channel and business metrics/KPIs (CPA, CPL, CAC, FTB, etc)
  • Presentation and leadership skills and an easy approach to working closely with f.e. management representatives.
  • High level of business awareness and experience in being a business partner for B2C clients to show and justify the best ways to achieve their business goals.
  • A strong budget management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
  • Growth-hacking approach to getting stuff done. Seriously - DONE
  • A genuine love for checklists, processes, and frameworks development for paid traffic best practices & testing.
  • Taking work seriously, but love the team spirit and consider the workspace as a fun space :)

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

  • Experience with Programmatic, Brand Lift Studies, and Mobile app advertising;
  • In-depth knowledge of any of these tools: Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase, Apple Search Ads, UAC
  • Experience with Google Data Studio;
  • Experience with ads briefing (both copy and visuals);
  • Experience with lead-generating campaigns;
  • Experience with subscription businesses
  • Experience with health&wellness businesses.
