They provide top-notch tools for Agents to build stronger connections with their clients, reducing time spent on bookings and invoicing.

The role involves bridging the gap between business and technical teams. This includes translating business and user needs into technical requirements, evaluating existing and new technologies, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments with clients to define business requirements and convert them into features or user stories.
  • Determine project scope and create requirements documents to ensure alignment with business needs and stakeholder acceptance.
  • Analyze issues, business processes, and requirements to propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide guidance to internal and external users, aiding in efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure system compatibility and connectivity.
  • Create detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining system functionalities and processes.
  • Document system issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Lead/manage various aspects of technology projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Science, or Computer-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Blend of education and practical experience.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, proactive in addressing issues preemptively.
  • Proficient in structured business analysis for medium to large projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of user needs and business requirements.
  • Familiarity with standard application development tools and project management.
  • Capability to assess alternative solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects or roles simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Outstanding content development and editing proficiency.
  • Strong teamwork and team-building competencies.
  • Language proficiency: Intermediate English or higher.

Desired Skills

  • Preference for candidates with experience in the travel industry.
  • Background in ecommerce is advantageous.
