Twoje obowiązki

  • Rozwój i zarządzanie kategoriami w serwisie/ aplikacji mobilnej - głównie z branży budowlanej, ale nie tylko,
  • Dogłębne zrozumienie postaw, potrzeb i zachowań zlecających jak i wykonawców w określonych kategoriach budowlanych, tak aby przekształcić je w wiedzę i praktyczne zalecenia,
  • Bieżąca analiza wyników poszczególnych kategorii, wyciąganie na tej podstawie wniosków i podejmowanie koniecznych działań mających na celu poprawę wyników,
  • Analiza użyteczności formularzy oraz ich ulepszanie,
  • Analiza zadowolenia klientów w wybranych kategoriach (w tym wywiady z użytkownikami i pozyskiwanie kluczowych informacji telefonicznie),
  • Wdrażanie swoich nowatorskich pomysłów w oparciu o reaserch oraz zebrane dane,
  • Analiza konkurencji oraz śledzenie rynku pod kątem rozwoju danej kategorii,
  • Współpraca z zespołami produktowymi, sprzedażowymi, obsługą klienta, marketingiem i IT w celu wdrożenia zmian rozwojowych,

Jakich kompetencji szukamy?

  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi analitycznych e-commerce oraz zagadnień z zakresu online marketingu i sprzedaży online,
  • Umiejętność analizy danych i wyciągania wniosków,
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z bazami danych i w systemie CRM,
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne, w tym umiejętność argumentacji i rekomendacji,
  • Samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy,
  • Działanie i myślenie strategiczne,
  • Skrupulatność i szczegółowość,
  • Sumienność i skuteczność w działaniu - miej swoje pomysły, ale też je realizuj.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w branży budowlanej lub jej dobra znajomość (Budowa domów, Remonty i wykończenia, Brukarstwo, Fotowoltaika, Dekarstwo etc),
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu i zarządzaniu projektami,
