We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you develop and deliver client specific solutions in close collaboration with the development team. The Business Analyst are responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions. To be successful in the role we believe you have a strong understanding of business operations, possess excellent analytical skills, and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

What does the role look like?

  • Analyze customer behavior to identify areas for improvement
  • Data gathering and structuring, simple implementations
  • Configure and test Banqsoft's software
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation
  • Design the functional solution based on written requirements
  • Participate in product roadmap planning and provide input based on market research, customer insights and data analysis
  • Participate in Use Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that implemented solutions meet the business requirements

Are we a great match?

To master the role of we believe that you have:
  • At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree within IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communicative skills in English
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to details and accuracy, can-do attitude, and you like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong alignment with our Employee DNA
It's great if you have (but not a must):
  • A good understanding of business processes within Asset Finance
  • Experience related to implementation of software supporting financial products or other critical business systems
  • Experience in Testing
