As a Business Analyst/Configuration Administrator at LYRECO, you'll have a key role in deploying and maintaining tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for customer service operations. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with local and central business and IT teams to propose solutions, configure, and optimize the Dynamics 365 environment to enhance business operations. Detail orientation, the ability to manage diverse user requests, and a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365's technical and functional capabilities are essential. Strong business intelligence skills are also required to support and drive business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Solution Planning: Provide strategic planning and a comprehensive overview of technical solutions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Level 2 Support: Offer advanced support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, resolving complex system issues and ensuring reliability.
  • Functional Setup and Configuration: Configure and manage settings as per functional requirements.
  • User and Access Management: Manage users and access rights to ensure security.
  • Training and Documentation: Create and maintain training materials and conduct sessions to introduce new features.
  • Community Engagement: Lead the local key user community for fostering engagement.
  • User Satisfaction and Follow-up: Monitor user satisfaction and improve user experience.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Track tool usage and business KPIs for alignment with objectives.
  • General Support and FAQs: Provide ongoing support and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Local Support Assistance: Support local key users with configuration challenges.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop documentation and procedures for support related to Dynamics 365.
  • Collaboration with IT and Business Partners: Work with partners on system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Integrating 3rd party solutions: Collaborate on integrating external systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all configurations comply with IT policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in MS Dynamics tool configuration.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting user needs and enhancing interaction.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills to advocate for improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
  • Change Management: Skilled in managing organizational change related to technology implementations.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to meet targets, especially in technology-driven projects.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities.
