Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate project budgets and estimates.
  • Implement robust measures to monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify and assess financial risks associated with construction projects.
  • Foster effective communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software for cost estimation and financial analysis.
  • RCIS Membership
  • Polish Speaking ability
  • Understanding of Polish Legislation
