About The Role

Regional HRSS Lead plays a critical role in overseeing HR Shared Services operations for the Europe region, which includes various HR SS service line teams situated in the Poland regional hub. Together, these teams handle the transactions and supportive services necessary to operationalize HR programs. Specifically, these teams manage tier 1 (employee/manager self-service) requests up to tier 3 (functional specialist requests). The Lead collaborates closely with Europe Business HR and CoE leaders to establish processes and procedures that ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services in the region.

Your responsibilities

Vision, Strategy & Leadership

  • Ensure alignment of global vision, brand, and identity of HR Shared Services with the region's needs and implement the global HR Shared Services Strategy within the region
  • Offer regional insights and integrate market-specific priorities into the overall HRSS strategy
  • Lead, develop, and deliver an efficient and effective Employee experience-focused HRSS organization for the Europe region
  • Collaborate and align with Regional Area HRD, HR Directors, and Country HRBP leads to comprehend specific delivery needs and manage the regional services portfolio accordingly

Operational Delivery & Talent Oversight

  • Responsible for overseeing operational HR service delivery within the Europe region
  • Manage the balance between standardization and efficiency objectives with region-specific HR goals
  • Manage demand and supply for HR shared services delivery effectively, as well as conduct efficient capacity planning and team management to meet overall market requirements
  • Ensure GDPR and regional LFR (legal fiscal & regulatory) compliant delivery of all services
  • Supervise the development of HRSS personnel in Poland hub, including performance management, wellbeing, L&D, and other local operational needs
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Regional HR Shared Services team by fostering a one-team culture to ensure efficient delivery
