Job Mission:

Within DOMO Group we want to increase process harmonization and optimalization to support business growth and to add value at the Service Hub. The Global Business Process Owner has the clear ownership on the end-to-end RTR process landscape with the objective to increase efficiency and automation, keeping compliance and internal control at the right level.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process Ownership of end-to-end Record-to-Report pillar, including all sub-processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing R2R processes and identify areas for improvement, standardization, and automation.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the R2R process.
  • Align with the organization overall objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the R2R process.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, use of robotics, AI and other automation tools.
  • Lead initiatives and projects to streamline R2R processes through automation, digitization, and best practice adoption.
  • Build internal policy and procedure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate risks related to financial reporting and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, operations, and other functions to drive alignment and support for R2R initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between Group and local teams to ensure consistency and standardization in R2R processes.
  • Lead change management efforts related to R2R process improvements, ensuring effective communication, training, and adoption across the organization.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience at a large service hub is a plus. Extensive experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on record-to-report processes.
  • Use of robotics would be a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving change in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
