Obowiązki:
- Przygotowywanie dokładnych prognoz sprzedaży oraz ciągłe doskonalenia ich poprawności.
- Przegląd prognoz statystycznych oraz utrzymywanie i doskonalenie modeli statystycznych.
- Ścisła współpraca z zespołami Sprzedaży, Marketingu i Finansów w celu zbierania odpowiednich danych do forecastowania.
- Przygotowywanie prognoz aktywności marketingowych i sprzedażowych oraz ich post analizę.
- Wsparcie kluczowych decyzji biznesowych poprzez dawanie rekomendacji opartych na analizie oraz śledzenie trendów rynkowych.
- Ścisła współpraca z działami operacyjnymi w celu zapewniania ciągłości dostaw.
Wymagania:
- Min. 1-2 letnie doświadczenie zdobyte w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w obszarze Demand Planning lub analizie danych.
- Znajomość MS Excel na poziomie zaawansowanym, mile widziana znajomość Power BI.
- Gotowość do tworzenia nowych rozwiązań cyfrowych w obszarze Demand Planningu (np. z zakresu Machine Learning).
- Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności analityczne i lubienie pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.
- Sprawna komunikacja w języku angielskim (min. poziom B2).
