As a Senior Demand Planner you will:

  • Manage the sales forecasts quality and the global monthly sales forecast process at HUB Level.
  • Facilitate the local trend process by working with Finance and Business teams on gap analysis between forecast/trend and be responsible for calling out risks and addressing actions behind.
  • Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
  • Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Animate the improvements of the sales forecast practices.
  • Be responsible for the catalogue management and contribution to its rationalization.
  • Manage a team of one demand planner.
  • Drive cooperation with main customers in the area of joint forecasting.

You're the perfect match if you have:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Demand Planning role.
  • Good analytical perception of complex situations or data.
  • SAP experience.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in joint forecasting process with customers.
  • A focus of being goal-oriented and problem solving team player.
  • Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Complexity management ability.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Experience in team management – it would be an asset.
