Business Development Director

Zadania na stanowisku:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów.
  • Budowanie relacji z Prospektami, Klientami oraz Towarzystwami Ubezpieczeń.
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji warunków ubezpieczeń w obszarze Ryzyk Finansowych
  • Płynne przekazywanie pozyskanych Klientów do obsługi brokerskiej zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami.
  • Rozwój i koordynacja współpracy z Klientem, X-selling.
  • Realizacja polityki sprzedażowej i budżetu zgodnie z wyznaczonymi celami z uwzględnieniem rentowności realizowanej sprzedaży.
  • Raportowanie wyników i aktywności handlowych zgodnie z wymogami korporacyjnymi.
  • Współpraca z innymi zespołami, towarzystwami ubezpieczeń w celu pozyskania Klienta.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży usług.
  • Wiedza z zakresu ubezpieczeń.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy ze strukturami Klienta na najwyższym szczeblu organizacji (zarząd, management).
  • Orientacja na cel i wytrwałość.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu B2.
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Obsługa komputera w zakresie aplikacji biurowych (Excel).
  • Zdany egzamin brokerski będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Ponadprzeciętne umiejętności negocjacyjne.
  • Umiejętność i swoboda w prowadzeniu szkoleń i prezentacji.
  • Mile widziane doświadczeniew koordynacji działań zespołów projektowych.
