Are you a skilled Project Controller with a passion for overseeing the financial aspects of projects? We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our S/4 HANA Program and its projects.

As a Project Controller, you'll collaborate closely with Program and Project Managers, as well as our Global IT Controller and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Your expertise in project accounting, financial analysis, and project management will be essential in driving success.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop project budgets and forecasts in collaboration with project managers.
  • Track and report on project cost trends and projections.
  • Implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget.
  • Analyze and approve project spend, ensuring proper cost allocation.
  • Monitor project financial performance and identify variances.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Assess project financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain project financial documentation and records.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Controller, preferably in large IT (ERP) programs or projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT project phases and products.
  • Proficiency in project accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with SAP FI-CO, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Altus, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
