Dla naszego klienta - międzynarodowej spółki z sektora nieruchomości komercyjnych poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko Head of Tax. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za realizację strategii podatkowej w całej grupie kapitałowej oraz zarządzanie pełnym przekrojem spraw związanych z obszarem podatków m.in. ocena ryzyka podatkowego, doradztwo biznesowe, nadzorowanie procesów kalkulacji / prowadzanie audytów czy udział w transakcjach M&A. Idealnym kandydatem jest osoba, która posiada gotowość i adekwatne doświadczenie do samodzielnego prowadzenia takiego obszaru w organizacji o dużej liczbie spółek, znająca specyfikę biznesu nieruchomościowego.

Opis stanowiska

  • Pełnienie funkcji pierwszego kontaktu dla spraw podatkowych w grupie kapitałowej
  • Doradztwo podatkowe w zakresie procesów inwestycyjnych m.in. kupno, sprzedaż nieruchomości, spółek celowych
  • Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach podatkowych oraz ocena ich wpływu na spółkę
  • Implementacja polityk podatkowych oraz sprawowanie nadzoru nad ich wykonaniem
  • Koordynacja procesów raportowania podatkowego m.in. MDR oraz ceny transferowe
  • Współpraca z działami finansowymi i prawnymi w różnych krajach
  • Zarządzanie relacjami z zewnętrznymi doradcami podatkowymi
  • Wsparcie procesów raportowania grupowego i współpraca z audytem
  • Koordynacja korespondencji z urzędami skarbowymi i zarządzanie kontrolami podatkowymi
  • Identyfikacja inicjatyw mających na celu minimalizację ryzyk lokalnych i wykorzystanie potencjalnych możliwości

Profil kandydata

  • Licencja doradcy podatkowego
  • Min. 10-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze doradztwa podatkowego
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym np. Tax Manager, Group Tax Manager, Head of Tax
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość specyfiki branży nieruchomości komercyjnych
  • Przekrojowa znajomość zagadnień podatkowych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem podatku międzynarodowego
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji, analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Samodzielność, umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku międzynarodowym
