Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Collections team, offer guidance and assistance in daily tasks,
  • Handle escalated calls, use conflict resolution skills, and provide top-notch customer service,
  • Review calls to offer feedback for team enhancement and training purposes,
  • Manage relationship with collection agency, ensuring daily updates are shared between both parties,
  • Supervise dialer and email campaigns,
  • Produce daily aging reports to track receivables, identify trends, and focus on specific aging buckets to meet financial goals,
  • Handle manual payment arrangements process, including data entry and processing on specified days each month,
  • Organize and oversee call center and phone call data, ensuring department goals are met,
  • Export and monitor credit card collection data.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience leading collections teams (5-12 people), with a focus on mentoring in customer resolution strategies,
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a preference for finance call center experience,
  • Fluency in English (at least C1 level),
  • Availability for late shift hours: 8-hour shifts between 2:00 pm and 12:00 am,
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred,
  • Strong prioritization skills, time management abilities, and adherence to deadlines,
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting calculations, posting, and financial records management,
  • Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection policies,
  • Capability to thrive in a high-paced work environment,
  • Experience with SAP and Siebel is a plus,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
