We are currently searching for an AI Business Analyst to join our Partner team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and AI capabilities.


You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI implementation, gather and analyze data, and develop strategic recommendations that enhance business processes and decision-making.


Your expertise will drive AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Industry: AI Location: Warsaw or 100% remote Type of employment: B2 B or employment contract Budget: 20-24k net / month / b2b Project area: delivering AI products Project duration: permanent cooperation Project language: English Start date: ASAP / depending on the candidate's availability Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Recruitment steps: Telephone screening with Recruiter Technical interview HR interview We offer: Opportunity to participate in innovative AI projects A stable and international work environment Permanent cooperation based on B2 B contract or employment contract Integration and thematic events Access to the newest technology, technical workshops and training Employee stock option plan Proven track record in at least 2 full life cycles of AI project implementations including LLM, NLP, ML, Data Science, or GEN AI scope 3-5 experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on AI or advanced analytics in major consulting technology firms Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Good understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience with project management methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment Very good English Willingness to travel across Europe (about 4-6 business travels per year)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch) Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI) Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
