DACH IT-Manager (m/w/d)

Standort: Wroclaw

Als Mitglied des globalen IT-Führungsteams von Aptean spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Bereitstellung erstklassiger IT-Dienstleistungen und -lösungen, die unsere Geschäftsziele unterstützen. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Aktivitäten in der Region sowie die Unterstützung des erweiterten globalen IT-Teams. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person mit Integrationsexpertise, die in der Lage ist, Funktionen zu entwickeln und zu konsolidieren, während sie IT-Operationen integriert.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Leitung globaler und regionaler IT-Teams, um die Bereitstellung effizienter und zuverlässiger IT-Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen, um Geschäftsprozesse und Anforderungen zu analysieren.
  • Kollaboration mit globalen Gruppen und Teams, intern und extern, um gemeinsame Ziele effektiv zu erreichen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen zur Erfüllung der architektonischen und betrieblichen Anforderungen des Unternehmens.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) zwischen Geschäftsbereichen und IT.
  • Aufbau einer proaktiven IT-Kultur, die das Vertrauen der Benutzer stärkt.
  • Förderung einer Kultur, die die Zusammenarbeit im regionalen und globalen IT-Team stärkt.
  • Gewährleistung der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung des bestehenden Personals.
  • Management von IT-relevanten Lieferanten, einschließlich Verhandlungen und Planung von Hardware- und Softwareimplementierungen.

Qualifikationen:

  • Master-Abschluss bevorzugt
  • 5-10 Jahre erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung in der Leitung technischer Teams und im Management umfassender Technologieprojekte.
  • Nachgewiesenes technisches Verständnis und umfassende Erfahrung in der globalen IT-Betreuung.
  • Hervorragende Kundenbindung und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur Bewältigung von Eskalationen und Kommunikation mit unternehmensweitem Einfluss.
  • Mentoring und Delegation von Aufgaben.
  • Exzellente verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Tiefgreifendes Wissen über Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management-Prozesse und -Tools.
  • Innovatives Denken mit einem kontinuierlichen Streben nach Prozess- und Technologieinnovationen.
  • Fähigkeit zum effektiven Multitasking und Arbeiten unter Druck.
  • Gewissenhaftes Bewahren des Fokus auf Qualität und Kosten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
