Job description

Align project objectives with company strategy, and make sure project team is

clear on objectives but also deliver and implement application solutions for the DACH region.

Responsibilities

Manage projects and continues improvementsObtain buy in and manage stakeholder expectationsManage stakeholder expectations and requirements in a cooperative mannerEnsure effective communication within the project team and between the project manager, team members, and all relevant stakeholders.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure resources availability and allocationCoordinate between corporate IT and local business

Requirements

Senior experience in project management with solid track record of complex IT project delivery in international and decentralized organizations – Familiar with project methodologies like Prince 2 or PMIExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExperience in Operations, manufacturing or Supply Chain or Finance systems or Marketing systemsKnowledge in ERP and of related software tools (e.g. MES, WMS, SAP or MS Dynamics AX,..)Fluent in German – good knowledge of English & Polish

This role begins with a three-month trial period, upon successful completion, you'll move on to a one-year contract, with the potential for an indefinite contract thereafter. We understand the importance of flexibility in today's world, so we're also open to a hybrid working model. You'll have the freedom to work partially from home and partially from our office.
