Your responsibilities

  • The Sales Director will also be an active salesperson on the Polish and/or international markets.
  • Building a sales team capable of achieving sales, margin and growth goals.
  • Team management and development.
  • Ensuring effective assessment of sales results and taking corrective actions to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Implementation of the developed sales methodology in the team.
  • Budgeting and sales forecasting.
  • Possible implementation of a new CRM system.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management position.
  • Technical education.
  • Experience in B2B sales of technical products and/or technical services.
  • Experience in an international position.
  • Dynamic and strong results orientation.
  • Ready to travel.
