Job Description
As a core member of the product team, you will play a key part in specifying the next stage of the end-to-end content management platform development collaborating with a design team to focus on improving the end-to-end service experience for our clients. You will be working closely with the Heads of Operations and Technologies, the CTO, PMO and engineering teams to ensure designs get built to the specifications which you will help obtain from the clients and users through means of business analysis and asking inquisitive questions to help build the user journey.
As a business analyst, you will:
Be a key member of the product team working with delivery methods such as scaled agile. Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure the products development objectives are realized. Be a liaison for the customer to feed new requirements and validate new features. Constantly challenge the status quo and find innovative solutions to ensure the teams meet the future needs of clients and colleagues. Advise and facilitate the management of development and business process improvement opportunities concerning the platform. Be a key driving force to provide the understanding and adherence to a product mind-set across the multiple disciplines involved in delivering the change/transformationQualifications
4-5 years of previous experience as a business analyst (IT field preferred). Demonstratable experience in a client-facing role asking the right questions to gather business requirements. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the latest technologies that are core to advertising and related production work. Ability to align with the product roadmap to ensure requirements are prioritized according to the vision and due dates. Unquestionable attention to detail, taking notes during meetings, and translating these to user stories and requirement documents where needed A good understanding of development sprint cycles and how to group development items according to capacity. Experience with building platforms or end-point solutions. Experience working with Adobe tech stack. Proven ability to work with multi-teams across various departments of a company.-
