About the opportunity: We are looking to add to our Shared Services Centre a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support our sister company Epredia.

In this role you will: plan and analyze expenses, support financial closings, monitor and improve expense quality, prepare financial reports and support Function Heads.

Location: Warsaw – hybrid

What you will do:

  • Plan, forecast and analyze expenses of the assigned functions
  • Support Monthly/Quarterly financial closing processes
  • Monitor the quality of posted expenses, identify issues and areas of improvement, and coordinate with peers from other departments to perform correction and improvement activities
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to Function Heads
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide guidance
  • Support and advise Function Heads to steer the business based on the corporate guidance

What you need to succeed:

  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel working on large datasets
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
  • 3+years of experience in Accounting area (controlling experience is a plus)
  • ERP Applications knowledge is required, SAP experience is an advantage
  • Academic background in in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other majors with strong data analytics principles
  • Ability to maintain good working relationship with various departments and stakeholders
