Job Description:

Pricing Analyst

To support our European Operational Marketing organization within the Advanced Materials division , we are looking for a Pricing and Business Analyst , based in our Advanced Materials Regional H ub in Poland .

As a Pricing Analyst, you will work in an international and dynamic environment.

Your main accountabilities will be :

  • Provide insightful interpretation of pricing, sales and financial trend and actively support decision making .
  • Prepare p ricing calculation and recommendation based on competition benchmarking and market/segment price analysis .
  • Timely delivery of reliable customer pricing proposal, serve as the hotspot of price intelligence.
  • Maintain pricing models and elaborate pricing analysis .
  • Closely work with the senior manager of the function to accelerate pricing and commercial excellence .
  • Collaborate with multiple functions and stakeholders for exploring revenue and business optimization opportunities .
  • Work on different initiatives , new platform / tools for pricing .
  • Ensure that all their activities are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles, Ethics & Compliance and Internationa l Trade Compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor and/or Master d egree in Business Administration , Finance , Economics or Marketing , Data science
  • H ave 3 –5 years of relevant work experience in pricing.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative problem-solving and synthesis skills.
  • Previous experience with statistical analysis, data modelling and data visualization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and a self-starter.
  • Some project management experience.
  • S trong communications and organization skills.
  • Good adaptability skills and c ontinuous i mprovement mindset.
  • C ustomer oriented approach.
  • Strong relationship building.
  • Good IT and MS office knowledge (especially Excel) , familiar with tool s such as Power BI, Alteryx .
  • Excellent oral and written English is required , any European languages is a plus.
