Job Description

Onboarding process Enable new hires by making all tools and information readily available to get started more quickly Develop new hires by providing access to next level training and information Provide live assistance to all CMSO new hires during the first 1-5 weeks of employment Maintain the New Hire Checklist and review it with each new hire Guide new hires through their team/role focused training Partner with the CMSO Global Training & Development Specialists to develop and maintain the new hire learning paths and roadmaps for each role within CMSO Provide data and reporting on new hire compliance with training Set up new hires in Career Path tool adding in any certifications, degrees, specializations, product knowledge and soft skills Provide training to new hires on the Career Path tool Maintain new hire learning paths in the Career Path tool Create standardization and consistency in all processes developed through this role Lead new hire orientation sessions for multiple people starting in the same week and location Lead new hire orientation sessions for mergers and acquisitions Order any technology or equipment needed for new hires upon request from the hiring manager Provide reporting and analytics on survey data Utilize survey results to help guide decisions on main initiatives Provide skill set analysis by team and role based on the Career Path tool Develop and maintain the attrition analysis and reporting Create and maintain reporting to CMSO Leadership & Management for all CMSO (roll-up of business team info) Facilitate mentor/mentee relationships for new hires Lead the Project Comparables effort with CMSO Management

Desired Skill Sets:

Reporting and analytics skills and experience needed Instructional design or curriculum development experience a plus Demonstrates competency with office tools (e.g. MS Office and Google Suite) Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical and global teams Ability to work independently as well as with a team Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills a plus Able to simplify a complex situation and provide updates accordingly Training & Development, especially with new hire onboarding experience a plus Process improvement and automation Call center experience a plus Knowledge of IT Service Management including ITIL framework and service management tools (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Service Manager) will be an added advantage


Basic Requirements

Min. 3- 5 years of professional experience Bachelor's degree (or equal experience) Must be prompt and reliable Must possess integrity and honesty Must possess a high degree of patience and empathy for others Must be flexible Must be able to work with all levels of management
