Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all HR aspects in the contact center, aligning business goals with HR strategies
  • Collaborating with the business to address workforce-related challenges innovatively
  • Establishing and reinforcing HR processes to promote team responsiveness
  • Providing effective HR leadership and guidance to foster an engaged workforce
  • Supervising and nurturing direct reports to enhance performance and growth
  • Designing and implementing management development programs
  • Working closely with the leadership to cultivate company culture
  • Facilitating proactive communication within the team
  • Implementing HR best practices in areas such as performance management, compensation, and diversity & inclusion
  • Developing and maintaining industry relationships

What We Look For

  • Minimum of 6 years of HR leadership experience in a dynamic Contact Center environment
  • Proficiency in various HR functions such as compensation, training, and compliance
  • Experience managing HR teams in a fast-paced setting within a global organization
  • Adaptability, strong organizational skills, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and modern technologies
