In this role, you will manage customer data and pricing processes in SAP and SFDC ensuring data accuracy and completeness for efficient sales transactions. Your typical day will involve:

  • Creating and maintaining customer and commercial accounts in SAP and Salesforce
  • Updating customer and price master data
  • Administering pricing and rebates
  • Aligning pricing hierarchies
  • Proposing process improvements
  • Analyzing and solving business problems
  • Developing reporting solutions
  • Collaborating with departments
  • Ensuring data compliance and control requirements
  • And other related duties

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • English and German proficiency
  • 2-5 years of master data maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of SAP environment and SD module
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP-BI
  • Experience working within regional structures and remote teams
  • Customer-focused with goal achievement orientation
  • Ability to work in a team and effective communication
  • Building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
