About Our Client

Our Client is a SCC of a production company, located in Cracow.

Job Description

  • Provide business support to senior stakeholders, including General Managers
  • Manage country and division P&L
  • Deliver actionable analysis for efficient P&L management
  • Support forecast, yearly plan, and scenarios
  • Conduct advanced analytics to guide decisions
  • Communicate and influence across functions and partners
  • Prepare presentation materials for leadership meetings
  • Offer strategic financial advisory on pricing, investments, SGA, headcount, Capex etc.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and support planning activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn complex business models
  • 7+ years of experience in audit, controlling, or financial management reporting
  • Fluent in English
  • Master's degree in finance/accounting or relevant certification as a plus
  • Understanding of financial processes
  • Business unit P&L management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills
