  • Offer business partnership assistance to various senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the profit and loss statement for both the country and division.
  • Provide in-depth and practical analysis to facilitate the efficient management of the profit and loss statement.
  • Assist in risk and opportunity forecasting, annual planning, and sensitivity scenario analysis.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to guide decision-making and drive actions.
  • Effectively communicate and influence various stakeholders, including market representatives, and Supply Chain, on diverse business and financial topics.
  • Create presentation materials to support senior leadership in business planning, strategic reviews, and monthly financial assessments.
  • Offer strategic financial advice on pricing strategy, rebate analysis, capital investment, and other relevant areas.
  • Provide guidance on Selling, General, and Administrative expenses, headcount, and capital expenditures.
  • Provide diverse ad hoc analyses and support planning initiatives.

  • 7+ years of experience in audit, controlling, or financial management reporting.
  • Master's degree in finance/accounting or relevant certification as a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of financial processes.
  • Business unit P&L management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills.
