What Tasks Can You Expect?

  • Accurately and promptly execute all tasks as per instructions from Manager/Team Leader
  • Responsibility for preparing specifications/reconciliations and documenting financial data submissions
  • Create payment proposals and process payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Monitor bank transactions and troubleshoot any issues
  • Ensure accurate payment reconciliations in the system
  • Process manual and high-priority payments with proper authorization
  • Contribute to monthly reconciliation activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Effectively communicate with internal SSC clients and vendors
  • Regularly report KPI measurements as needed
  • Develop process documentation, including desktop procedures and process maps
  • Support quality assurance through accurate reporting and engagement with stakeholders
  • Undertake any other assignments from Manager/Team Leader
  • Engage in ongoing process enhancement initiatives

What Skills and Experiences Should You Have?

  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
  • Desirable proficiency in other European languages
  • Graduate Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Prior experience in a similar role within payment operations, preferably in an international SSC or BPO setting
  • Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (especially Excel at an intermediate level)
  • Self-discipline and reliability
