As an IT Recruitment Specialist at ULAM LABS, you will take care of finding, attracting, and recruiting to ULAM talented Software Developers, QA Specialists, Project Managers, Marketing Specialists, and Product Designers. You will closely work with Hiring Managers and manage end-to-end recruitment processes focusing on high-level of candidate experience.

We are ULAM LABS - a Wroclaw-based custom software development company specializing in creating complex products for companies, focusing on financial technologies.

Your daily missions:

  • Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within IT positions;
  • Caring for feedback and high quality Candidate Experience;
  • Sharing HR knowledge and constantly acquiring new one;
  • Active acquisition of Candidates with the LinkedIn Recruiter tool;
  • Continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking;
  • Participating in additional employer branding projects;
  • Helping with raising our brand awareness.

Your profile:

  • 1,5+ years' of proven IT in-house recruiting experience;
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and basic technological issues;
  • Confident working autonomously and as a part of a team;
  • Proactivity, aim to constantly explore, improve and learn new things;
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mind;
  • Highly developed communication skills;
  • Fluency in both English and Polish (min. C1).

We appreciate the extras in you:

  • Experience in recruiting for blockchain development positions;
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Sociology studies, completed or currently in progress;
  • Experience in working with ATS - Traffit.

How do we recruit?

  1. CV review Your application will be carefully reviewed to know if you meet the basic requirements.
  2. Phone interview During the 20 min call, we will get to know each other better. Also by talking in English.
  3. HR/Tech meeting The on-site HR/Tech interview includes a company presentation and an in-depth interview with soft questions. You can showcase all your talents by answering technical questions asked by your future supervisor and another HR Specialist. Here, you can also talk about the details of the role.
  4. Meeting with the People&Culture Team The final stage of the recruitment process is an exciting online meeting with the People & Culture team, giving you the opportunity to get to know each other and see how you can fit into our team.
  5. Offering with feedback You can expect feedback from us. Once we are sure that you are a perfect fit for the role, we will prepare an offer for you.
  6. Welcome onboard Here, the onboarding process and amazing journey start :)

Onboarding first day:

We are excited to spend your first day and week with you in our office. You will get to know your dedicated Buddy - Natalia Pesta and the whole People&Culture team, meet your Leader - Anna Matuszak, and receive a welcome pack with all equipment you need for work. You will also complete the formalities of the contract, and have training on tools and health&safety. We will also tell you more about the company and our corporate culture. Time for a break and having coffee/tea and lunch on the house with your team. After the first week, you will already know your team and supervisor, be introduced to the recruitment projects, and learn your first duties in the new position. You will become familiar with the intranet and documentation of the projects you will be working on. You will finish the week with a feedback meeting hosted by the People & Culture team.

Onboarding one month:

You will know all your responsibilities, and actively participate in team meetings. You will have cyclical 1:1 meetings with the Leader. You will use all the tools such as ATS Traffit, and Linkedin Recruiter, and get deeper into the recruitment projects. After one month of work, we expect you to be fully familiar with: our company culture; the processes in the People & Culture department; projects and our tech stack; all communication channels; candidate personas. We want you to work independently and be able to plan your work for the week in advance. You will end the week with a feedback meeting, hosted by the People & Culture team.

Onboarding three months:

After three months of successful cooperation, you will talk to your Leader about how you are working with us. We look forward to your feedback. After the whole onboarding, you will already be fully implemented in the projects and your responsibilities, and you will master all the names of our employees :)
