The Technology and Cyber Compliance and Operational Risk Office (TCCORO) at Citi acts as a crucial second pair of eyes for the firm. We are dedicated to implementing consistent practices to detect, measure, monitor, and manage operational and compliance risks while also addressing root causes to prevent unintended losses. TCCORO plays a key role in challenging various entities across the firm to ensure that internal controls are effectively managing technology and cyber risks in line with our risk appetite.

As a Senior Analyst - Technology Risk within the Risk Analytics & Reporting team, you will contribute to deploying analytical solutions and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in global financial services, expertise in reporting and analytics, and a strong passion for data analytics.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Support the development of analytics-driven solutions and reports to improve decision-making.
  • Provide valuable risk analytics and insights using different types of data analysis techniques.
  • Analyze complex datasets to design solutions including data visualization tools and advanced reporting.
  • Contribute to the design, rollout, and governance of reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in data standards, processes, and technology platforms.
  • Prepare and present reports for senior management and stakeholders, translating complex analysis into clear insights.
  • Assist in various ad-hoc tasks including preparing presentations, coordinating audits, and maintaining data for executive reporting.

Your qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or consulting with a focus on data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming languages or analytical tools.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
