  • zbudowanie nowego działu product developmentu wraz z określeniem procesów, procedur i standardów wdrażania nowych produktów,
  • współudział w opracowaniu strategii produktowej dla spółki,
  • wprowadzanie nowych produktów oraz udoskonalanie i modyfikowanie istniejących,
  • monitorowanie trendów rynkowych, konkurencji i potrzeb klientów, w celu identyfikacji nowych możliwości dla rozwoju produktów,
  • analizowanie wyników sprzedaży wprowadzonych produktów oraz monitoring kampanii,
  • nadzór nad prawidłowością merytoryczną materiałów informacyjnych dotyczących nowych lub zmodyfikowanych produktów,
  • współpraca i realizacja umów z podwykonawcami na rynkach azjatyckich
  • wykształcenie wyższe
  • min. 3 – letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (mile widziana branża odzieżowa)
  • doświadczenie w pracy z przedstawicielami rynków azjatyckich – warunek konieczny
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1
  • umiejętność negocjacji, umiejętność wynajdywania nowych trendów produktowych, brandingowych i technologicznych
  • stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę lub kontrakt B2B
