• Work Description:

  The successful candidate will work on a project related to Bayesian Deep Learning funded by the National Science Center at Jagiellonian University.

  Tasks will involve theoretical research, model implementation, and experiments focusing on learning and priors for Bayesian Neural Networks.

  Key areas of focus include uncertainty quantification, priors and posteriors, amortized and boosted posterior models, and deep network architectures.

• Requirements:

  • Final-year Ph.D. student in Mathematics or Computer Science with experience in machine/deep learning and programming skills.
  • Essential skills include **Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX**, knowledge of modern machine learning techniques, fluency in English, and familiarity with probabilistic methods and applied statistics.
