Payroll and HR Services Delivery Specialist with Dutch

Your responsibilities
  • Be a point of contact for associates and managers, which includes all HR employee life cycle events,
  • Responsible for accurate monthly payroll processing & validation of payroll results.
  • Answer all payroll questions and inquiries, taking messages when appropriate and ensuring follow up is taken to ensure a positive customer experience within the HR ticketing and support system.
  • Process HR life-cycle changes regarding employment verification, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, on-boarding, etc.
  • Effectively contribute to team, regional and global projects, ensuring that team documentation is kept up-to-date; support the preparation and implementation of People policies, procedures, handbooks, guidelines.
  • Be accountable for executing high quality service, aligned with the Service Center service levels (SLAs), key process, and operational metrics (KPIs).
Our requirements
  • Experience in related experience.
  • Strong professional and HR operational knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
  • Intermediate/business level in English,
  • Intermediate/business level in Dutch / Italian / German,
Optional
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other HR systems.
  • Experience with process transitions.
