We are searching for a dedicated, self-reliant individual with expertise in internal communications to keep our team informed and engaged in their daily tasks. The primary goal of this role is to ensure timely payment execution and accurate expense recording by processing invoices and travel expenses. As a Senior Specialist, you will assist the Team Manager in managing workloads, incident handling, and contributing to strategic projects for Group Business Service and HQ.

What will you be doing?

  • Handle invoices and travel expenses
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Manage vendor inquiries
  • Create and update work instructions
  • Identify process enhancements
  • Support new team members
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks

Your qualifications:

  • University degree or final year student
  • 3+ years of AP or travel expense experience
  • Continuous improvement background
  • SAP FI knowledge (Vendor Invoice Management experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Concur and Ariba
  • Data analysis skills using Excel and Power Point
  • Minimum B2 level English
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated goal-oriented mindset

About your team:

You will be part of a team of around 20 people dedicated to Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Procurement Operations. We work together to support Lundbeck's global mission in Brain Health from our Kraków office, combining dedication with a touch of fun.
