Why is this a fantastic opportunity?

The primary focus of this role is to ensure timely payment execution and accurate expense registration by processing invoices and travel expenses. As a Senior Specialist, you will also assist the Team Manager with workload and incident management, contribute to complex team projects, and help implement Group Business Service and HQ strategies effectively.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Processing PO and NPO invoices, coding transactions, and managing Travel Expenses
  • Resolving invoice issues and handling vendor queries
  • Creating/updating Work Instructions and process improvements
  • Participating in projects and onboarding new team members
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and managing daily workload
  • Supporting Specialists and Juniors and engaging in team projects

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of accounts payable or travel expenses experience
  • Practical continuous improvement skills
  • Knowledge of SAP FI, Concur, and Ariba
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Demonstrated focus on achieving goals
