IT Process Analyst Manager
What this role entails?
The BTS Finance Performance Team within JTI's Information Technology division is dedicated to understanding business processes and needs, translating them into system enhancements primarily in the S4 and BW areas. We collaborate closely with different business units to deliver tailored solutions that address their requirements.
Specializing in FP&A, we are instrumental in enhancing corporate financial planning by implementing improvements, automation, innovation, and guiding IT systems development.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for supporting and enhancing solutions within the BTS Finance Performance domain, with a focus on Tax Capabilities
- Engage in projects, process enhancements, run PoCs and prototypes, assess outcome value, and associated risks
- Participate in the implementation of approved project initiatives following successful PoCs
- Research and identify optimal IT solutions, particularly in the SAP realm
Requirements:
Technical:
- Proven experience in various SAP modules such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, and CO-PC
- Familiarity with S/4 HANA environment and Fiori Apps configuration
- Expertise in Tax-related areas including maintenance of tax codes, withholding tax, EDI, and more
- Knowledge of Tax localizations for different regions like Spain, Portugal, and the UK
Other Skills:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and managerial capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work in a team or independently
- Interest in exploring new technologies, especially in the SAP domain
Experience:
- Working in diverse, multinational environments
- Engagement in Global Reference Model implementation and operational support
- Project management experience and basic ABAP understanding
Certificates:
- Postgraduate in Audit and cost accounting
- Master in SAP Consulting or relevant SAP certifications
